What do you think about their side projects:Foxboro Hot Tubs , Pinhead Gunpowder , The Network??All three bands are great,in my opinion..!Their sound is a bit heavier than Green Day but their songs are awesome!!

Concerning the Network:Billie Joe has refused any involment and he says that just his record company released their album..But it is said that its members are the members of Green Day..Well,i don't know..Sorry that i didn't make it clear above..

well, I don´t think their sound is heavier than green day's... in fact, Stop Drop & Roll has many influences from the 60's and 70's and their album sounds pretty much like 60's & 70's rock 'n' roll, so there's nothing heavy about that...
about The Network... actually I'm not very sure about them either  :s  I don't know why they'd want to keep that band's identity as a secret! and it's strange that the lead singer's name is "Fink", 'cause billie joe uses the name "Wilhelm Fink" in Pinhead Gunpowder so... well, I think they really could be The Network... I hope we'll figure it out one day

I hope that too..I don't understand why they don't reveal themselves..concerning the heavier sound a couple of songs i think sound a little bit like it..But i'm not sure about it..Anyway i thing they are pretty good..

Their side projects are great, specially Foxboro Hot Tubs, they sound different and their songs stuck in the head.
